After you have all of these cut the ribbons into small sizes and fold them to in the form of a double shoe knot. Then hang those colorful decorative plastic balls from a string on both the sides. Also decorate the window borders with the ribbons. With the colored papers cut out pieces in the shape of hearts and stars, then stick them in the borders of the windows. Also you can hang them with the help of strings. If you have curtains in the windows then you can also decorate the curtains with the ribbons and also with teddy bears.
